Along with the feedback or rating section in the app store or play store companies also give help and feedback and a section on their website or app. These things are also applicable to small start-ups. To say about another service-based giant uber, it is not surprising that uber hit upon a plan to get two-sided feedback as customers are not their only concern but drivers are those who run their business.

By using this method they try to satisfy drivers as well as customers with more pleasant rides. Another example of a customer feedback technique is mind-blowing which is created by graphics designing cloud-based software. As this is paid they hit upon a great idea to use the paid version of Figma. They have released a beta version of the software. The user can use the full version of Figma and just give feedback on the product. Thus we can understand the importance of customer feedback today. Another great example of customer feedback Is created by YouTube. In between videos they give customer satisfaction surveys or CSAT questions.  On the other side, Airbnb is taking 2 surveys from their customer simultaneously by giving feedback on their experience and reporting any bugs in the app. Sometimes many software like gaming apps like PUBG, we can report any inappropriate behaviour of the player. They are doing it because they know if they can’t take proper action against suspicious players they can lose their customers as players.
